  • All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and underwriting of the issuing insurer. Final eligibility and premium are determined by the insurer.
  • No guarantee of coverage, approval, or benefit amounts is made by us.

4) Quotes, Applications & E-Sign

Quotes are estimates and not contracts. By submitting an application or using electronic signatures, you consent to receive disclosures electronically and certify that information you provide is accurate and complete.

5) No Professional Advice

The Services provide general information only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.

6) Fees, Payments & Cancellations

Some Services may involve fees disclosed at the point of purchase or engagement. Payments to insurers are governed by insurer terms. You are responsible for any taxes, chargebacks, or bank fees related to your transactions.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8) Prohibited Uses

  • Violating any law or regulation;

  • Interfering with security features or Service operation;

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QUALITY FAMILY BENEFITS and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law; Disputes; Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You and we retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
